Retract Problem

I'm trying to retract my items from escrow but all i'm getting is an error message saying "[ at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1525 at "MARIO.POST_MNGR", line 233 at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1130 at "MARIO.GAME_STEAM_BOT_MNGR", line 1301 at "MARIO.GAME_STEAM_BOT_MNGR", line 3702 ]" Please help me get my items back

Thank you.. :) 15days hold lol.. Steam is getting really cranky lately.. They really want more people to use their mobile app. It's kinda unfair if you ask me :/
